Flat Alfama is located in one of the few privately owned manor houses in the heart of Lisbon. This manor house, which dates back to the 17th Century, is easily recognisable by the beautiful arches that constitute its main entrance. It withstood the 1755 earthquake that partially destroyed Lisbon and has been owned by the same family for almost 200 years. This studio is located in the heart of one of the most iconic districts in Lisbon, Alfama.
Guests must climb up a flight of stairs to reach the beautiful 2nd floor terrace. The recently refurbished and tastefully decorated studio features wooden floorboards, a living room with cosy armchairs and a dining area near the kitchen. Flat Alfama has a suite with twin beds and a bathroom with shower. In the winter you can use the electric heaters. Car access is restricted in the neighbourhood due to its historic location: only taxis or residents are allowed. However, if you are travelling by car, you can park in Feira da Ladra, Portas do Sol or Santa Apolónia.
This charming studio is your starting point for a city stroll – the St. George Castle, São Vicente Convent, Lisbon Cathedral and National Pantheon can be found nearby. Walking may be your best option to get around the city or you can jump on the 28 tram, which stops just a few metres away. Visitors can also walk to Santa Apolónia to take the bus or subway.

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
