Q. How do I Check-In?

A. When you arrive you must get in touch with the person responsible for your lodging, through the phone number supplied on the confirmation e-mail no later than three hours before your arrival so you can receive keys to the property.

Q. How do I get the keys?

A. The person in charge for the property will give you two sets of keys when you arrive.
For bigger groups, extra sets of keys will be provided, if requested and if available.

Q. What should I pay for when I Check-In?

A. While checking-in, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance of your stay as established in the payment conditions by the owner of the selected property.
If you need a receipt for the remaining balance or a rental agreement with the owner of the property, you must request it by e-mail to: bookings@homes2stay.com, as soon as possible, in order to have it available at the time of your arrival.

 

Q. What is the check-in schedule? Can I check-In before the scheduled check-In time?

A. We kindly ask you to review the check-IN schedule on your property’s details section.

We suggest our Guests to contact Homes 2 Stay or the contacts listed on the confirmation e-mail, at least 3 hours ahead their arrival. In order to facilitate scheduling, you can also inform your arrival time by mentioning it on your booking form.

In some cities an extra fee may be charged, depending on the schedule and arrival/departure day. This is information is also provided on the property’s details section.

Please note that you must have a copy of your ID Card or Passport, that shall be delivered to the person in charge. Alternatively, you can email it to bookings@homes2stay.com, mentioning your reservation number.
