Q. What is the address of the property?

A. After confirming your reservation, you will receive an e-mail with the complete address of the property. We will provide you any additional details in case you have difficulty to find your selected property.
For security reasons, we do not provide the address online.
Nevertheless, you will be able to find its location on the map. 

Q. What equipment or extras come with each property?

A. Our properties have bed linen, bath towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Some have a hair drier, an iron, and/or an internet connection but this will vary, depending on each property. Please check the details section, where you’ll find the available equipment for each property.

Q. Can I request a crib or an extra child’s bed?

A. It will depend on the property. You will have to check the lodging details section.

Q. What about the property’s maintenance?

A. Prior to your arrival, the property will be cleaned and prepared for your stay.
When you leave the property will be fully cleaned again, but we expect Guests to be careful and, for instance, to take out the trash.
In some cases, Guests will be charged a cleaning fee, which will be mentioned in the payment details.
In case you need extra cleaning maintenance during your stay, you may request it when booking the property or at the moment of your arrival. This will be charged additionally.

Q. Does the property have a parking place?

A. You can check for the availability of a parking space in the property’s details section.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. This option may be available in some cases but you will have to confirm it in the property’s details section.

Q. Is smoking allowed in the property?

A. You may check in the property’s detailed information whether smoking is or isn’t allowed.
