A charming house in the countryside, 10 minutes from Tavira and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches of this quiet area of the Algarve.

Recently refurbished, this modern house has a very friendly atmosphere due to its tasteful décor. Simple elegant touches help to make this a very welcoming place for those looking for a comfortable retreat in touch with nature.

Built on two floors, the second floor of this house has a very comfortable bedroom with a small balcony with table and chairs and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, a living room with fireplace and a bathroom.

The great window shutters of the room open onto a small terrace with sun loungers; there is also a dining deck with lounge chairs and a shower. A perfect place to enjoy the Algarve sunshine, take a shower when you return from the beach, enjoy the hot summer nights, dine outdoors or simply relax if you don’t fancy going to the beach. Next to the deck there is a wooden house with a small bathroom.

The house is surrounded with typical regional trees, a garden and some agricultural crops. If you seek a quiet home for two and wish to get in touch with nature, but at the same time enjoy being close to the beach, this is an excellent option.

- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
