On the first level there is the entrance hall, a half bathroom, a fully equipped American style kitchen, and a bedroom.
This bedroom has a bathroom, blackout curtains and a spacious closet. The master bedroom is on the second level of the apartment.
There is a bathroom with a jacuzzi, a desk, electric blackout curtains and a wooden walk-in closet. The building has a variety of services such as 24 hour security, a swimming pool, a solarium, a laundry room, a sauna, a gym and a jacuzzi.

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
