On the first floor you can find a toilet, a well designed American kitchen with marble worktops, brought exclusively from Italy for this project.
The kitchen has an eclectic style, and is equipped for many cuisines. It has a dishwasher, a 26’’ LCD television, a small wine cellar and a high table for breakfast. Exit to the balcony with an unimaginable private barbecue for 16 guests, with wooden tables and chairs, where you can enjoy a good Argentinean “parrillada” (barbecue) with your friends and family.
On the same level, there is a small room with en suite bathroom and a small sink with washing machine.
On the second floor, you can access two luxurious, magnificent suites. The master suite has a king sized bed, a large dressing room and exquisite bathroom with bath, a 32’’ LCD television and a safe. The second suite features 2 queen sized beds, a closet and bathroom with shower.
About Palermo
Made up of forest and colourful gardens, this area is one of the largest wooded locations in the city. Around its lakes, people gather on Sundays for sports and other outdoor activities. It is split into 3 areas: the Jardines de Palermo (Gardens of Palermo), Palermo Chico and Palermo Hollywood. Palermo Hollywood has picturesque, refurbished houses converted into bars, bistros, restaurants, fashion shops and is home to many producers and TV channels (hence the name).

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
