About Palermo
Featuring colourful gardens and forests, this neighbourhood is the greenest and biggest in the city. Around its lakes, people gather on Sundays to enjoy sports and other outdoor activities. It is made up of three main areas: Palermo Gardens, Small Palermo and Palermo Hollywood.

If possible, the guest is requested to call the contact person from the airport in order to avoid long waits.
* Check-IN time: from 2pm unless the Guest and the contact person have agreed on a different time.
* Check-OUT time: Must be done before 11:00 unless the Guest and the contact person have agreed on a different time.
* Check-IN/OUT between 7pm and 9am has an extra cost of 30 USD/each.
* Check-IN/OUT on National holidays and celebrations (Christmas' Eve and New Year's Eve after 5 pm; Christmas, New Year's Day, Holy Week regardless of arrival/departure time) have an additional cost of 50 USD.

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
