A 45m2 modern studio with accommodation for 2 people. Located in the elegant Palermo neighbourhood, this comfortable, sun-filled apartment is fully equipped for temporary rent. It has a double bed that can be split and turned into two single beds (90 x 190cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a great view.
The iron must be booked ahead and may be kept for 24h.
The washing and drying machines are located on the 8th floor and can be used from 1pm until 7pm, Mon to Fri.

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
