This fresh and modern Clifton studio is located in an apartment block on the 4th floor right opposite famous Clifton First beach. It has fabulous sea views and the steps to the beach is just over the road.
The living / sleeping area consists of a queen size bed with fresh crisp linen, an armchair and a small dining table with chairs for 2. For entertainment there's a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also air conditioning .
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to make a roast chicken dinner to warming up the take out from Mr Delivery.
The bathroom consists of a basin and shower behind a screen. The toilet is in a private cubicle off this area.
The open balcony with its full ocean views is equipped with a comfortable bench and dining table. The ideal place to read a book or to eat dinner to the sound of the ocean.
Currently there is no designated parking at this unit but this is mostly available up the steps on Kloof Road if not on Victoria Road (the main beachfront road).

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
