Casa da Areia is a beautiful, spacious villa in Aldeia de Juzo, a quiet area of Cascais and is one of the most traditional villages on the Lisbon coast (website >>).

Close to Guincho beach this house offers comfort, good taste and total privacy. Its great location connects it to some of the best destinations in the area. This villa is close to many wonderful villages and towns and on a sightseeing tour you can admire the famous Cabo da Roca and the incomparable Sintra.

The property is built on 2 levels, elegantly and classically designed and decorated, offering total comfort and coziness in every room.

Casa da Areia's ground floor consists of a large living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has plenty of seating. The custom kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining room is a perfect size for entertaining.

Off the living room is the terrace which provides a wonderful communal area where a group of people can get together for an al fresco meal and a bottle of wine to talk about the day's adventures.
Also on this level is a huge entrance hall and a guest bathroom.
Upstairs there are 4 Bedrooms all with double beds.
The master bedroom offers a king size double bed with a private balcony which adds a special touch to the delightful character of the room. It too has a full en suite bathroom with shower.
The other 3 rooms share a full bathroom on the corridor.
The large living and dining rooms make this a wonderful house for groups or families traveling together and is perfect for entertaining guests.
