This comfortable, charming apartment is part of a completely restored building, On a one way street practically only used by residents, it offers absolutely calm and tranquillity.
You will not want for anything: you can use Wi-Fi internet connection, relax watching a video or simply listen to one of your favourite songs. For the more demanding, this apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to cook that special meal.
The bedroom has two 90 X 2,00m beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed. The bathroom, separated from the rest of the house by a corridor, has a hot tub.
In the living room you’ll enjoy a large comfortable sofa bed which opens out into an extra bed.
You’ll also have tourist guides, DVD's, CD's and an updated road book of the finest must-see spot's, in Lisbon at your disposal.
If you plan to arrive by car you can pre-book a parking place in the main building. If needed this apartment has wheelchairs access and other features helpful for people with reduced mobility. The elevator, which serves the garage, has direct access to the apartment.
For your shopping, you’ll find a supermarket only 70 meters away (formerly a theatre), open every day of the week. Around the corner, you´ll have the number 28 electric tram that runs through the city's historic areas. Within walking distance, you will have the Feira da Ladra (a street bazaar of second hand items), the Castle of St. George, the Monastery of St. Vincent, Pombaline downtown and the Alfama neighbourhood, with its typical Fado houses. If you still don’t know them, these are certainly places not to miss.
In the late afternoon we suggest appreciating the sunset from the terrace of Graça, contemplating the beauty of the city and the beautiful view over the river and the Castle of São Jorge. Don’t miss out on the typical restaurants in this neighbourhood. Still, if you prefer the comfort of the apartment, you can quietly dine on the private balcony.

- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
