Your mansion comes with a 400 square foot acoustic soundproofed media room with Harmon-Kardon full surround sound, a 100’ Da-Lite projection screen and Toshiba LCD progection unit. The enormous kitchen includes a large dining area that accommodates up to 14 guests. Commercial grade GE Monogram gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and separate ice maker make up the kitchen of dreams. The pool is located on the rooftop and offers breathtaking views of South Beach.

For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
