Villa Artemis (click here to view) and Villa Phoebe are two lovely properties sharing a magnificent pool and garden within a private compound of four villas, in the picturesque and exclusive area of Agios Ioannis, just minutes away from its homonymous beach.
Villa Artemis (click here to view) is the bottom right villa of four properties, which shares the magnificent swimming pool with Phoebe and parking entrance with the other three villas on the compound. The villa, built on one level, is surrounded by a plenitude of unusual types of cacti and bright blooming flowers. The interior, open-plan kitchen, sitting and dining area, are tastefully decorated with antique wooden furniture and white upholstery. The bedrooms have direct access to the villa's front garden and pool area. The master bedroom features a beautiful antique double bed, with own en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
Villa Phoebe is the upper-right villa of the four properties, sharing a beautiful pool with Artemis. The villa has a very large veranda with beautiful views of the surrounding area and a shaded pergola for outdoor dining. The interior is similar to villa Leto, while displaying a large open plan kitchen, a formal dining area and a living room with bare rock walls.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with access to a roof terrace with complete privacy whilst the third bedroom is on the ground level.
The elegant private pool located just few steps away from both villas, has a rather large rounded shape and displays on the water's edge a rare gigantic aged Saguaro.
The pool area is well equipped with teak deck chairs and umbrella for guests' sunbathing and relaxation.
The two villas are recommended for two small families with children or two group of friends, but can also be rented all together with Asteria, Leto, making it a special holiday venue for very large groups with four independent villas and two large and beautiful shared pools.
