This villa is beautifully designed so that each of the 4 suites has amazing views out over the Atlantic ocean. This villa was also recently renovated to the highest international standards by a renowned design team and architects. It is within a gated community, so is completely safe and secure. The villa is located on a winding road which hugs Rio's ocean side mountains, and has access to a peaceful, secluded private beach.
The villa is white throughout - from the furniture, to the marble bathrooms to the imported flooring. Each of the 4 luxury suites faces the ocean, and two of them have private balconies. The sun rises over the Atlantic and mountains in the distance, so that each morning, whether you are in bed, taking breakfast on your private terrace or enjoying a morning swim in the large infinity pool, you will enjoy the sunrise.
All 4 suites have staircases that lead down to the jewel of this villa - the shared terrace and infinity pool. There is a wooden terrace which surrounds the pool - which is equipped with lounge chairs and has ample space to spread out. This is the perfect spot to have drinks in the sun or cool off by going for a swim, or having dinner or a cocktail party under the Atlantic night sky.
The design of the infinity pool makes you feel that you could swim right into the Atlantic from your very own pool, and even with other houses close by in the neighborhood, once you're in the villa or enjoying the pool, you feel total serenity and privacy.
This luxury villa is set in a great location - Joatinga is a very exclusive and very safe neighbourhood of Rio, yet you are only a few minutes by taxi from the restaurants and beaches of Sao Conrado, or 15 minutes from Leblon and Ipanema.

* On the day of arrival one of our staff will meet you in the apartment to sign the rental agreement contract. At this time we will also collect the full remaining balance from you. This payment is to be made in cash in Euro, USD or BRL at the official exchange rate of the day.
* Please advise us in advance of the arrival time so that we can either arrange the airport transfer for you or to meet you directly in the apartment.
* Normal check out time is 11:00 AM and normal check in time is 2:00 PM. If no one rents the apartment on the day you are leaving we do not charge for a late check out on that day. If you want to secure a late check out, you can do so by paying another half day's rent.
* If you are needing your check-in or check-out before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM, there is a 50BRL fee, unless you have already paid your extra half day's rent.
* When leaving, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean condition, otherwise a cleaning service fee will be charged.
* No parties are allowed.

Cancellation Conditions:
For a fully paid reservation, there is a cancellation charge that depending on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period:
- More than 90 days before: 20% of the total amount;
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total amount;
- 30-59 days before: 50% of the total amount;
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total amount;
